We always want to go to the Cruise-In if we're in town on the Fourth of July weekend. This was my favorite car because of the paint job but there was many other cars and trucks that I loved too.
I went early Saturday morning to put out chairs and there was very few spots left where we usually sit. We like to be between 7-11 and Wendy's facing East. I squeezed our chairs in and we were set. Grandpa and Grandma Ivie met us there and Riley and Amanda dropped the kids off for the weekend. The funniest part was watching Randy and I, Kaden and Grandpa and Grandma trying to figure out how the car seats worked to get them in our car when it was time to go. They don't make it easy.
Grandma Ivie helped me with Jaxon. He was great as long as he faced away from her. He only spit up on her white pants once.
Jaden loved running up and down the sidewalk and letting grandma chase her. After a hour of that, it was time to leave and cage her in at home.

The garden has been producing raspberries for the last week. Last night I picked two bowls almost full. Pretty good for 1 little row of berries. Saturday I dipped some and have a few to let friends nibble and some for Russ & Lezlie-Anne. I plan on dipping a few for the reunion too.
My garden is growing very well. I go out morning and night to check it out. I will be picking zucchini today. I can't decide the first way to cook it. Fried or sauted? Cheese, onions, or bacon? My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
I have lots of blossoms on my tomatoes and some small green tomatoes but they're not turning fast enough. Randy's secretaries have already asked if my orange cherry tomatoes are ready yet.
